نغوين كوانغ خاى (Mr. Nguyen Quang Khai) سفير جمهورية فيتنام الاشتراكية في العراق سابقا/

عمل فى العراق حوالي ٢٠ سنة وكان سفير لبلاده في العراق خلال السنوات من ١٩٩٥ الى ٢٠٠٧ و انتقل الى ابو ظبى وعمل هناك كأول سفير فيتنام فى دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة و السفير غير المقيم فى الأردن و اليمن و لبنان.
رجع الى فيتنام عام ٢٠١١ وتم انتخابه رئيس جمعية الصداقة الفيتنامية العراقية و رئيس جمعية الصداقة الفيتنامية الفلسطينية. و ساهم مساهمة كبيرة في تطوير علاقات الصداقة و التعاون بين فيتنام و العراق و الدول العربية الصديقة.
وحاليا متقاعد ويعمل فى اتحاد منظمات الصداقة الفيتنامية ويكرس كل جهده لتعزيز علاقات الصداقة و التعاون مع دول العالم خاصة مع العراق و الدول العربية.

Biography of Ambassador Nguyen Quang Khai
Mr. Nguyen Quang Khai was born on August 25,1949, in Phu Tho province in Vietnam. He graduated from the Faculty of Orientalism, Tashkent University in the former Soviet Union in 1974.
As a career diplomat, during his over 30 years of foreign service, Mr. Khai has worked in many Middle East countries, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he was served as the Deputy Director and then the General Director of the Western Asia and Africa Department. He has accumulated an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Middle East and Africa and has made outstanding contributions for strengthening friendship and a cooperative relationship between Vietnam and the nations of Arab world and Africa. For his efforts, he was awarded by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with Labour Order of third rank.
He is fluent in Arabic, English and Russian. Most recently from 2003 to 2007, he was the Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Republic of Iraq, while serving concurrently as the non-resident Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Republic of Yemen.
Mr. Khai was posted as the first Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Vietnam to the United Arab Emirates in early 2008 and concurrently non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Lebanon.
In July, 2012 Mr. Khai promoted to the rank of Ambassador of Vietnam for lifetime.
